I'm Aliza Hamo the CEO - Founder of FYMAB and I have brought my teacher training and practices to create a powerful 5-day program designed to help you work with greater well-being, less stress and more clarity. In less than 15 minutes a day, through the 5-day happier work day challenge you'll develop a transformative mindfulness practice and, most importantly, you'll learn how to bring that wisdom and balance to challenging situations that arise at work and in your life.

 

You will be provided with a pre/post assessment tool that we developed to assess your mood upon arriving and after your practice, each session you will practice proven methods. Collect points and you will have a chance to win a gift card at the end of the challenge.
